Drink plenty of water.
Staying hydrated is a must. Many health problems stem from dehydration. Sip on water from time to time, and do not wait for your body to send you signals that you are thirsty. Consume at least eight to ten glasses daily as a start.

Exercise for 15 minutes daily.
You don’t really need to go to a gym to do this. Stretch your body, and do some jumping jacks and lunges to keep your muscles alive.

Eat healthy and regularly.
Don’t starve yourself. Eat a big breakfast, and eat meals every three hours to keep you going. As much as possible, don’t skip the greens and keep healthy snacks handy.

Get rid of the stick.
We know smoking is your way of relaxing, but it can cause you harm. Quitting does not happen in a day, but with determination, it will happen over time.

Practice proper posture.
Did you know that bad posture can cause headaches, back problems, and other health issues? Sit straight and well and feel better if you do.
